At Mythobyte, our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

– Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products

3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Partial Refunds

There are specific situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

– Books with obvious signs of use
– Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to post officially. Additionally, check with your bank, as processing times can vary. If, after following these steps, you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to:

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will then be notified about your return.

10. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: [physical address]. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
